Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not entered processing, including production, customization, packaging, or dispatch stages.
Since most of our products are customized or made-to-order, returns and exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective items.
Any request for return or replacement must be made by emailing support@smileyourwayout.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photographic evidence of the issue. All such requests shall be subject to verification and approval by Smile Your Way Out, whose decision shall be final.
