As of now, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders.
Once you place a COD order, our team begins preparing your package immediately. Hence, cancellations or modifications are not allowed once the order is confirmed.
In the near future, we will be introducing secure online payment options through trusted payment gateways.
Once this feature goes live, refund eligibility for prepaid orders will follow the terms listed below (Section 3 & 4).
For COD orders, cancellation is only allowed before the order is confirmed by our team.
Once confirmed, your order cannot be canceled since preparation and packaging begin immediately.
Cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of placing the order, and approval shall be at the sole discretion of Smile Your Way Out.
Once online payments are enabled, the following will apply:
If you cancel a prepaid order before it is shipped, a 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Once the product is shipped, refunds are not applicable, except in cases of wrong or damaged items.
Since our products are custom-curated and personalized (like Mood Swirl Boxes), we currently do not accept returns or replacements unless:
You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic/video evidence
It will get approved after verification by Smile Your Way Out, whose decision shall be final
Minor variations in color, packaging, fragrance, or design due to lighting, screen display, or handcrafted nature shall not be treated as defects.
In such cases, we’ll gladly replace the item or offer store credit after verifying the issue.
