Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Smile Your Way Out, your satisfaction matters to us. We want every shopping experience with us to be smooth, transparent, and worry-free. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations are handled for purchases made on www.smileyourwayout.com.

1. Current Payment Mode

As of now, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders.
Once you place a COD order, our team begins preparing your package immediately. Hence, cancellations or modifications are not allowed once the order is confirmed.

2. Future Online Payment Options

In the near future, we will be introducing secure online payment options through trusted payment gateways.
Once this feature goes live, refund eligibility for prepaid orders will follow the terms listed below (Section 3 & 4).

3. Cancellation Policy

  • For COD orders, cancellation is only allowed before the order is confirmed by our team.

  • Once confirmed, your order cannot be canceled since preparation and packaging begin immediately.

  • You may contact us at support@smileyourwayout.com within 1 hour of placing the order to request cancellation (subject to approval).

4. Refund Policy (for Future Online Payments)

Once online payments are enabled, the following will apply:

  • If you cancel a prepaid order before it is shipped, a 100% refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Once the product is shipped, refunds are not applicable, except in cases of wrong or damaged items.

5. Returns & Replacement Policy

Since our products are custom-curated and personalized (like Mood Swirl Boxes), we currently do not accept returns or replacements unless:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (images/videos).

In such cases, we’ll gladly replace the item or offer store credit after verifying the issue.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us at support@smileyourwayout.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • Unboxing video (if possible)

After verification, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a store credit within 7 working days.

7. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be applicable for:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Orders canceled after shipping

  • Items returned without authorization
